He has driven meaningful gains in agent productivity and automated interactions, and is currently leading a major initiative to migrate 27 countries to a Generative AI Assistant by June. A central focus of his work has been helping leaders move past AI misconceptions and championing the need for precise, trustworthy knowledge content to reduce hallucination risks in conversational AI.
